Ethnocacerism

Ethnocacerismo is a leftist authoritarian ideology in Peru founded by Isaac Humala in the year 2000. It is based on a radical Indigenism that poses an authoritarian government led by indigenous people, and also places a lot of emphasis on the racial supremacy of the indigenous peoples and a strong militarism. His economic stances are far left, he also holds extreme ethno-nationalist and ethno-supremacist social and racial opinions. It can also be considered a Peruvian variant of National Bolshevism.

History

It was founded by Isaac Humala in 2000, as a form of totalitarian ethnic socialism based on Inca principles and indigenous supremacy.

The vast majority of its members were former Peruvian soldiers, some of them veterans of the war against Ecuador. The Ethnocacerists participated in two armed revolts against the government of Peru in 2000 and 2007, where they ended up being defeated in both.

At present they have a large political presence in Peru, having managed to control the Union for Peru political party, thus having 9 members in the Peruvian Congress.

Beliefs and Views

He thinks that Peru should be governed under a dictatorship of the proletariat, but that this must be controlled by the indigenous people, since it has an ethno-supremacist personality, and he thinks that the indigenous people are a race superior to all other races. He also believes in the nationalization of Peruvian industry, opposing privatization.

He is also widely Chileanphobic, believing that Chile is a threat to Peru and wants to regain the territories that Chile took from him in the War of the Pacific. He also believes that the death penalty should be legalized for people considered "traitors to the homeland", and is also in favor of the legalization of cocaine as a measure to counteract drug trafficking.
