Confederalism is a system where a group of regional governments are united under a federal government for some purpose, but have equal or more power then the federal government. In some versions, regional governments might even have in-country tariffs and strong borders. It is associated with Libertarianism due to macro-scale freedom of the states, but authoritarian variants, such a pro-slavery CSA, can exist.
Personality
Confederate usually has split personalities whom he often argues with, and has trouble making decisions as a result.
