Confederalism is a system where the states have militias and far more power than the federal government. In extreme versions, states might even have in-country tariffs and strong borders. It is acossiated with Libertarianism due to macro-scale freedom of the states, but authoritarian variants, such a pro-slavery CSA, can exist.

Confederalism usually takes the form of a Senate, where each member state has equal representation, along with a supreme court to resolve disputes between the states. the executive branch is optional.

Personality

Confederate usually has split personalities whom he often argues with, and has trouble making decisions as a result.
