Confederalism is a culturally variable ideology practiced most notably in the United States of America during the 1780s, the Confederate States of America during the 1860s and Switzerland until 1789 temporally returning in 1815 and finally abolished in 1848.
Confederalism is a system where the states have militias and far more power than the federal government. In extreme versions, states might even have in-country tariffs and strong borders. It can be described as Libertarianism on a macro-scale freedom of the states.
Confederalism usually takes the form of a Senate, where each member state has equal representation, along with a supreme court to resolve disputes between the states. the executive branch is optional.
Personality
Confederate usually has split personalities whom he often argues with, and has trouble making decisions as a result.
