  • Haven () - Seems pretty fire, will probably use this unless I set up my own website (MIT)

Manufacturers

I know this isn't software but shush

  • Purism - A PC and mobile phone manufacturer known for making Linux products, and by Linux, I mean LINUX, no Android, they are famous in the phone privacy space, and make pcs that respect your privacy
  • System76 - Not particularly security-focused nor specifically privacy-focused, allows you to install Qubes on some models, have a lot more options for operating systems.
  • ThinkPenguin - Do support Free Software, if anyone cares not RYF-verified though, allow customization of your pc, for the OS, you can specify instead of choosing from a selection. They also have a VPN service.

  • Urbit (//) - No idea if this is secure or not, the fact Moldbug made a Linux is funny to me, is decentralized. (MIT)

Opera

Edge

Firefox

Pale Moon

  • ηMatrix - seems like uMatrix but for palememe (GPL v3)

Mail [1]

  • RiseUp - Might be the only one, the only thing stored are the metadata of emails before purging them daily. Offers the ability to delete all data stored when deleting email profile. Has stated they would rather pull the plug then sell data, very 'vad of them, plus onion domain.
  • Torbox (tor-only) - Encrypted but you need to encrypt your own emails
  • Morke (tor-only) - Says it's anonymous but there is no privacy policy so ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
  • Pissmail - Not private at all, they can see all your shit and will work with duh gubervent but there honest about it fully. You can encrypt your emails if you want. The service providors admit straight up the protocol is doodoo.

Crowdfunding

  • Liberapay - You can't really do the whole "extra perks" that Patreon offers so people won't really have a massive incentive to fund you besides cause. Encrypted exchanges Don't use paypal if you don't want leaks.

Video Hosting Platforms [2]

  • DTube - Kinda just "muh blockchain" in the sense of Orbot and Lokinet but seems the best option without self-hosting, also the privacy policy is hard to found but does exist and is quite gemmy. You need to have MetaMask (doodododoo) installed on your device to lock in via the crypto wallet you have on it (here)
  • Odysee - Built on the LBRY blockchain, creating decentralized and decensored environment, at least there is an alternative frontend that only works for videos, just change resolution when it starts acting weird. 16 GB which is big chungus, any resolution is allowed, preferably h264 and 8 Mbps bitrate, pretty goated for mirrors. Muh p2p crypto. The most popular.
  • BitChute - Says shit is encrypted. At least has more detail on uploading, unlike Odysee, where it says h264, under 16 GB, and 8 Mbps. 480p is supreme. You can have any resolution but maybe to be safe keep it to 16:9. LARPs as a torrenting thing. Older videos might not work so maybe reupload from time2time ig? The servers are encrypted so nice ig.
  • VidLii - Any resolution under 3 GB, fair enough. Old style shit. Ultimate customization. Has onion domain despite being non-private. Has a bit of censorship garbage.
  • BitView - Videos under 2 GB small 15 minutes cringe. Old style shit. Made by the nigga of VidLii.
