Liquid Democracy is a system of democracy where voters have the choice to vote directly or delegate their vote to another Individual.
How to Draw
- Draw a cup shape.
- Fill in with blue. Don't fill the cup, fill in the water.
- Draw two people, with two arrows on bottom, one pointing to the bottom and another pointing to two blocks.
- Draw in the eyes.
