Most of LibCon's policies are just kinda boring centre-right safe positions so I won't mention them. His Cultural policies are highly criticised by balls right of him as being "Progressivism on the speed limit".

LibCon's personality is of Politician that is fiercely scared to lose voters a.k.a kinda boring.
How to Draw
- Draw a ball with Eyes
- Draw a Blue (top) and Red (bottom) bicolour
- Draw a white ball in the middle of the bicolour
- Draw four red lines on the white ball coming from the bottom left
