Liquid Democracy is a system of democracy where voters have the choice to vote directly or delegate their vote to another individual.

Draw a cup shape.
Fill in with blue. Don't fill the cup, fill in the liquid.
Draw two people, with two arrows on bottom, one pointing to the bottom and another pointing to two blocks.
Draw in the eyes.
